摘要
中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,新时代对高校思想政治教育提出了新要求,辅导员是高校思想政治工作的主要承担者。要完成新时代赋予辅导员的新使命,辅导员需要具有相应的胜任力。通过文献研究、优秀辅导员事迹关键词提炼、德尔菲专家小组讨论以及问卷调查等方法对辅导员胜任力进行研究,构建符合新时代要求的高校辅导员胜任力模型。结果显示,新时代高校辅导员胜任力模型包括政治素养、知识素养、能力素养、道德素养和个性特征5个维度,36项胜任力词汇。与以往模型相比,新增了“政治敏锐性”“大数据能力”“网络育人能力”“信息搜索力”“传播力”“战略思维能力”“国际视野”“跨文化敏感性”8项新时代胜任力词汇。
The socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era,which puts forward new requirements to the ideological and political education in college.College counselors are main undertakers of ideological and political work in college.To complete the new mission,counselors need to be equipped with corresponding competency.After studying counselor competency through document research,key words refinement from excellent counselors′stories,Delphi expert group discussion and questionnaire survey,a new competency model for college counselor that meets the requirements in New Era was finally established.The result shows that the model is composed of accomplishments in politics,knowledge,ability,moral stance and personality.Also,there are 36 items of competencies involved in this new model.Compared with the past model,the new one has added eight new competencies,including political sensitivity,big data ability,network education ability,information search ability,communication ability,strategic thinking ability,international vision and cross-cultural sensitivity.
