摘要
通过设计、梳理调查问卷,分析经济类专业人才培养现状,从课堂教学、社会实践、科研竞赛三个维度构建人才培养模式评价指标体系,运用熵值法进行综合评价并提出相应的建议。结果表明,在"新经管"建设背景下经济类专业人才培养需求中,社会实践所占比重大于科研竞赛,进而大于课堂教学。基于此提出进一步完善人才培养方案、规范课程体系改革、搭建实践教学平台和加大科研创新支持力度等对策建议。
Based on the questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current situation of talent training in the economics specialties,constructs the evaluation index system of talent training mode from three dimensions of classroom teaching,social practice and scientific research competition,and makes a comprehensive evaluation by using entropy method and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The results show that in the background of"new economic management"construction,social practice exceeds scientific research competition in terms of the ratio and therefore comes before classroom teaching.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further improve the talent training scheme,standardize the reform of the curriculum set-up,build a practical teaching platform,and increase the support for scientific research and innovation.
