摘要
怠速起停功能是实现节能减排的重要方法。基于发动机控制器硬件在环测试系统(EMS HIL),提出一种怠速起停功能的开发方法。在Rint电路模型基础上,完善了蓄电池模型;依据目标发电电压、励磁电流限值,优化了发电机模型;依据歧管压力、考虑制动因素,改进了制动真空度模型。将上述模型集成到HIL台架上,试验结果表明,该方法可以高效、可靠地应用在怠速起停功能开发中。
Idle Stop-Start Function is an important method to save energy and reduce emission.Based on EMS HIL,a development method of Idle Stop-Start function is proposed.On the basis of Rint circuit model,the battery model is improved.According to the target generating voltage and exciting current limits,the generator model is optimized.According to manifold pressure and considering brake factor,the braking vacuum model is ameliorated.The model is integrated into HIL bench,and the experimental results show that the method can be applied to the development of Idle Stop-Start function efficiently and reliably.
