摘要
目的:评估护理干预在皮肤激光美容中的临床效果。方法:2019年3月-2020年2月收治实施皮肤激光美容的患者86例,根据不同护理方式分为两组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自尊量表及体象障碍量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对皮肤激光美容患者给予综合护理干预,能够有效提升护理满意度,减少不良反应的发生,并促进患者正确了解自身状况,提升自尊心。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in skin laser cosmetology.Methods:From March 2019 to February 2020,86 patients with laser skin cosmetology were selected and divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-esteem scale and body image disorder scale in the observation group were better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for skin laser cosmetology patients can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote patients to correctly understand their own conditions,improve their self-esteem.
