摘要
目的:分析和胃消疡汤联合三联疗法治疗肝胃不和型胃溃疡的作用。方法:选择在本院接受肝胃不和型胃溃疡治疗的88例患者为研究样本,其治疗时间均在2018年10月~2019年10月。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(44例)和试验组(44例),常规组患者予以传统三联疗法治疗,试验组患者予以和胃消疡汤联合三联疗法治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、用药前后实验室检查相关指标水平、中医证候积分。结果:试验组与常规组患者总有效率分别是97.73%和84.09%(P<0.05);用药后试验组患者转化生长因子-α、表皮生长因子以及血清白细胞介素-2水平均高于常规组;血清胃蛋白酶原以及血清白细胞介素-17水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);用药后试验组患者纳差、胸闷易叹气、胃脘胀痛以及烦躁中医证候积分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:肝胃不和型胃溃疡患者使用和胃消疡汤联合三联疗法治疗可提升治疗效果,改善其临床症状,具有一定的临床作用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of stomach harmony and ulcer elimination decoction plus triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer of liver-stomach disharmony type.Methods:88 patients with liver-stomach disharmony type of gastric ulcer treated from October 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital were enrolled in the study.According to random table number method,patients were assigned to conventional group(44 cases,conventional triple therapy)and test group(44 cases,triple therapy plus stomach harmony and ulcer elimination decoction).The therapeutic effect,laboratory indicators and TCM symptom scores were compared.Results:Total effective rate in the test group and conventional group was 97.73%and 84.09%respectively(P<0.05);transforming growth factor-α,epidermal growth factor and serum interlukin-2 levels in the test group were higher than those of conventional group;pepsinogen and interleukin-17 levels in the test group were lower than those of conventional group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM symptoms like poor appetite,chest distress,epigastric pain and dysphoria in the test group were lower than those of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gastric ulcer of liver-stomach disharmony type,triple therapy combined with stomach harmony and ulcer elimination decoction is proven effective in increasing the therapeutic effect and relieving the clinical symptoms,with considerable clinic effects.
