摘要
目的初步构建一套适用于专科护理发展需求的专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为医院专科护士的培养、资格准入和评价提供参考依据。方法在文献研究、理论研究和专家访谈的基础上,初步构建专科护士核心能力评价指标,编制函询问卷,采用德尔菲法对30位专家进行两轮函询,确定评价指标。结果两轮专家咨询问卷有效率均为100.00%,专家权威系数为0.827,熟悉系数为0.767,判断系数为0.887。两轮专家对于一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别是0.233、0.102、0.118。确定一级指标5个,二级指标20个,三级指标15个。结论专科护士核心能力评价指标结果科学可靠,能对医院专科护士的培训、考核及任用提供依据。
Objective To develop an demand-oriented evaluation index system for core competence of clinical nurse specialists,in order to provide reference for cultivation,qualification approval and assessment of clinical nurse specialists.Methods Based on the literature review,theoretical study and expert interviews,an evaluation index system for core competence of clinical nurse specialists was constructed by using a two-round Delphi methods with 30 experts.Results The response rate was 100.00%in the first round and 100.00%in the second round.The authoritative coefficient(Cr)was 0.827,the familiarity with the indicators(Cs)was 0.767 and the judgment basis of the indicators(Ca)was 0.887.The Kendall coefficient of concordance of first-level indicators,second-level indicators and third-level indicators was 0.233,0.102 and 0.118,respectively.Totally 5 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 15 third-level indicators were identified.Conclusion The evaluation index system for core competence could provided a valuable evidence for the training,assessment and appointment of clinical nurse specialists.
