基于提升核心胜任力的临床护理教学路径模式的建立与实施 被引量:7

The establishment and implementation of clinical nursing teaching path model based on improving core competence

摘要 目的建立基于提升核心胜任力的临床护理教学路径模式,并分析其在临床带教中对于提升护士核心胜任力的实施效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年8月在河南省人民医院实习的150名护理实习生,采取随机数字表的方法分成三组,对照组50名,实验A组50名,实验B组50名。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验A组在采用传统的教学模式基础上对带教教师进行了资格选拔,实验B组带教教师通过资格认证并加基于提升核心胜任力的临床护理教学路径模式。结果带教培训后,实验B组的护士核心胜任力提升显著高于对照组及实验A组,实验A组和实验B组护生对带教教师的满意度显著高于对照组,实验B组护生对带教效果的满意度显著高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于提升核心胜任力的临床护理教学路径模式是提升护生核心胜任力较有力的保障。 Objective To establish a clinical nursing teaching path model based on improving core competencies,and analyze its implementation effect in improving the core competence of nurses in clinical teaching.Methods A total of 150 nursing interns from Henan People's Hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into three groups by random number table,including 50 in the control group,50 in experimental group A and 50 in experimental group B.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,the experimental group A selected the teaching teachers based on the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group B passed the qualification certification and added the clinical nursing teaching path mode based on improving the core competence.Results After the teaching and training,the core competence of nurses in experimental group B was significantly improved compared with the control group and experimental group A.The satisfaction of nursing students in experimental group A and Experimental group B to the teaching teacher was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing students in experimental group B to the teaching effect was significantly higher than that in the other two groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching path model of clinical nursing based on improving core competence is a strong guarantee for improving core competence of nursing students.
