摘要
目的探讨突发性耳聋预后的原因及影响因素。方法对100例住院患者根据治疗有效和无效进行分组,对焦虑评分及突发性耳聋的诱发因素等进行分析。结果焦虑状态、休息欠佳、精神压力过大、血脂增高是突发性耳聋发生的主要原因。结论对突发性耳聋患者加强心理护理、健康教育及改善工作环境等,可减轻焦虑情绪,对疾病的痊愈起重要的作用。
Objective To explore the causes and influencing factors of the prognosis of sudden deafness.Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients were divided into groups according to the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of treatment,and the anxiety score and inducing factors of sudden deafness were analyzed.Results The main causes of sudden deafness were anxiety state,poor rest,mental pressure and high blood fat.Conclusions Strengthening psychological care,health education and improving the working environment for patients with sudden deafness can alleviate anxiety and play an important role in the recovery of the disease.
