摘要
当前医学教育中,培养具有精湛医学技能和高度人文关怀精神的医生逐渐成为共识,如何评价和培养医学生人文关怀能力愈加重要。2019年8月选择了西安交通大学医学部121名临床医学生作为样本,使用杰弗逊共情量表学生版(JSE-S)评价临床医学生的共情能力,分析其与性别、职业选择方向等因素之间的关系。结果显示,医学生平均共情评分为(107.74±13.27)分,女性比男性评分更高,医学生共情能力评分在第二学年突然下降后逐渐上升,选择进入临床工作和成为人文关怀型医生具有明显更高的评分。这反映了临床医学生共情能力现状。建议在今后的医学人才培养过程中,适当增加临床医学生人文关怀培训的比重,培养技术与人文并重的医生,建立更好的医患关系模式。
In the current medical education,it has become a consensus to train doctors with excellent medical skills and high humanistic care spirit.How to evaluate and train medical students’humanistic care ability become increasingly important.In this cross-sectional study,121 clinical medical students from the Medical Department of Xi’an Jiaotong University were included in August 2019.Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy-Student Version(JSE-S)was used to evaluate the empathy ability of clinical medical students.And analyzed the association between it and gender,career choice direction and other factors.The results showed that the average empathy score of medical students was(107.74±13.27),which was higher for women than for men.The scores of empathy ability of medical students increased gradually after a sudden decline in the second year,and the medical students who chose to enter clinical work and become humanistic caring doctors got higher scores.The research reflected current status of clinical medical students’empathy ability.It is suggested that appropriately increased the proportion of humanistic care training of clinical medical students in the future medical personnel training process,to train doctors who attach equal importance to technology and humanities and establish a better doctor-patient relationship model.
