摘要
目的:分析使用腹腔镜实施广泛性全子宫切除术在护理工作中存在的问题,并提出相应对策。方法:选取2015年4月-2019年4月行腹腔镜下广泛性全子宫切除术的宫颈癌患者32例,对术中常见的护理问题进行总结,分析原因并探讨相应对策。结果:本组患者均顺利且按时完成手术,术中未发生出血、皮下气肿等并发症,安全返回病房。结论:在腹腔镜下广泛性全子宫切除手术配合中进行风险评估,针对护理问题采取预防性措施,具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the nursing problems and countermeasures in cooperation of laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy.Methods:From April 2015 to April 2019,32 patients with cervical cancer treated with laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy were selected,we summarized the common nursing problems during the operation,analyzed the causes and discussed the corresponding countermeasures.Results:All the patients completed the operation smoothly and on time.No bleeding,subcutaneous emphysema and other complications occurred during the operation.All the patients returned to the ward safely.Conclusion:It is of great significance to evaluate the risk and take preventive measures in the cooperation of laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy.
