黄麻修复重度镉污染农田的品种筛选 被引量:6

Comparison of the Capacity of Different Varieties of Jute(Corchorus capsularis L.)to Remediate Heavily Cadmium-contaminated Farmland

摘要 为研究不同黄麻品种对土壤重金属镉污染的修复能力,以5个黄麻品种为材料,种植于湖南浏阳的重度镉污染试验农田中。黄麻栽种后,每月测一次根、茎、叶的镉含量,并测定纤维成熟后黄麻各生理性状,计算黄麻镉累积量、富集系数、转移系数等。结果表明:黄麻在重度镉污染农田中仍能正常生长,随着植株的生长,不同黄麻品种和组织间镉含量差异显著(p<0.05),并呈现持续下降趋势;不同黄麻品种的镉富集系数和转移系数均大于1;叶的镉转移能力强于茎。在5个黄麻品种中,中黄麻11号、菜用黄麻3号、桂菜黄麻2号均对重金属镉具有较强的吸收和富集能力,可以用于修复农田镉污染。 To study the phytoremediation potential of different jute varieties to soil contaminated with cadmium,five varieties were planted in a heavily cadmium contaminated test field in Liuyang city,Hunan province.The content of cadmium in roots,stems and leaves was measured once a month,and the physiological characters of jute were determined when the fibers were mature.The accumulation,enrichment,and transfer coefficients of cadmium in jute were calculated.The results showed that jute could still grow normally in heavily cadmium-polluted farmland.Along with the growth of jute,there were significant differences(p<0.05)in cadmium content among different jute varieties and their organs,and it showed a continuous decreasing trend.The enrichment factor and transfer factor of different jute varieties were all greater than 1.The cadmium transfer capacity of leaves was stronger than that of stems.China jute No.11,Jews-mallow No.3 and Guangxi jute No.2 among the five jute varieties have strong ability to absorb and enrich the cadmium,which can be used to repair the cadmium pollution in farmland.
