摘要
利用广西涠洲岛附近海域5个石油平台自动气象站2020年2月观测数据及状态数据,从电源运行、报文传输、数据采集三个方面,分析石油平台气象站的运行情况。结果显示,交流及蓄电池供电能够保证自动气象站在石油平台上稳定运行,双路传输保证数据到报及时率达到95%水平,且各观测要素可用性高,满足气象观测需求,能够为提高海上气象监测预警能力提供气象数据支撑。
Based on the observation data and status data of automatic weather stations of oil platforms in the sea area near Weizhou Island in February 2020,the operation of meteorological stations on oil platforms was analyzed from three aspects of power operation,message transmission and data acquisition.The results show that AC and battery power supply can ensure the stable operation of the automatic weather station on the oil platform.Two way transmission ensures that the timely rate of data arrival reaches 95%.The availability of observation elements is high,which can meet the needs of meteorological observation,and can provide meteorological data support for improving the ability of marine meteorological monitoring and early warning.
