摘要
采用《水质石油类的测定紫外分光光度法(试行)》(HJ970—2018),对比研究了手工法和仪器法检测石油类的差异和优缺点,包括标准曲线、检出限、质量控制、平行性、加标回收率、实际水样的检测等。结果表明,手工法的准确度优于仪器法,但便捷性、稳定性和平行性较差。
The differences,advantages and disadvantages of manual method and instrument method in the petroleum determination according to Water Quality-Determination of Petroleum-Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric Method(Trail)(HJ 970—2018)were compared,including standard curve,detection limit,quality control,parallelism,recovery rate of standard addition,and detection of actual water samples.The results showed that the accuracy of manual method was better than that of instrument method,but had poor convenience,stability and parallelism.
