影响贫困地区农村教师参与在职培训意愿的个体因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 加强贫困地区师资力量,对于教育扶贫具有重要意义。调查贫困地区教师参与培训的意愿及其影响因素,可以为改进培训内容、方式,提高培训效果提供重要参考。对豫、湘、甘三省628名贫困地区农村中小学教师进行调查发现,教师参与在职培训意愿受到教师教龄、职务、培训经历和工作负担的影响,其中教龄、职务、工作负担和受训经历对其参与在职培训意愿有显著的负影响。因此,为提高教师参与在职培训的积极性,应针对不同教师群体,开展个别化培训,并且要改进培训内容和方式,提高培训的质量和效果,减轻教师的工作负担。 It is of great significance to improve the teaching staff in poverty-stricken areas for poverty alleviation through education.The investigation of teachers'willingness to participate in training and its influencing factors can provide important reference for improving training contents,methods and training effects.A survey of 728 rural primary and secondary school teachers in Henan,Hunan and Gansu provinces shows that teachers'willingness to participate in on-the-job training is influenced by many factors such as teachers'teaching age and position,work load and training experience,of which teaching age,position and work load have significant negative effects on their willingness to participate in on-the-job training.Teaching age and training experience,work load,post and training experience have significant interaction effects on their willingness to participate in training.Therefore,in order to improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in on-the-job training,individualized training should be carried out for different groups of teachers.In addition,we should improve the training contents and methods,improve the quality and effect of training,and reduce the workload of teachers.
