摘要
分析了水相法和气固相法工艺的本质差异及理化特性,研究了烯丙基氯含量、氯含量、氯原子分布、分子量等因素对树脂性能的影响,阐述了不同工艺的CPVC树脂加工性能,为国内CPVC合成及加工技术研究提供了一定的参考。
The essential differences and physical and chemical properties between water phase process and gas solid phase process were analyzed.The effects of allyl chloride content,chlorine content,chlorine distribution and molecular weight on the properties of the resin were studied,the processability of CPVC resin with different processes is described,which provides a reference for the research of CPVC synthesis and processing technology in China.
