摘要
随着可再生能源渗透率不断提高,配电网特征发生了显著变化,使得灵活性成为配电网规划和运行关注的重要内容。然而,灵活性在配电网特征中一直难于量化评价。本文研究了含高比例可再生能源的配电网灵活性问题,给出配电网灵活性定义,从电源侧、配网侧、负荷侧三方面,提出配电网灵活性评价指标体系及计算方法,以及配电网灵活性评价方法。最后,以实际配电网为例,计算不同场景设定下的部分指标,为高渗透率下的配电网建设提供辅助参考。
As the permeability of renewable energy continues to increase,the characteristics of distribution network have undergone significant changes,making flexibility an important part of its planning and operation.However,flexibility has always been difficult to quantify among the characteristics of distribution network.In this paper,the flexibility of distribution network with high-permeability renewable energy is studied,and its definition is given.From the aspects of power supply side,distribution network side and load side,the flexibility evaluation index system of distribution network and its calculation method are proposed.In addition,the flexibility evaluation method for distribution network is also given.Finally,an actual example of distribution network is used to calculate some indexes under different scene settings,providing auxiliary reference for the construction of distribution network with high-permeability renewable energy.
