摘要
为研究更适用于不同电池供电装置的升压直流变换器,提出一种非隔离型宽增益升压直流变换器。首先,对变换器进行拓扑介绍和稳态分析;然后,对变换器进行详细的特性分析并和其他拓扑进行比较;在此基础上,对变换器的器件进行参数设计;最后,通过搭建样机(200 V/400 W)验证了该变换器结构简单,可以实现更宽的电压增益,也验证了两个功率开关同时导通同时关断的方式易于控制,输入输出采用共地结构有良好的运行稳定性,该变换器较适用于不同电池供电装置。
To develop a step-up DC-DC converter which is more suitable for different battery powered supply devices,a non-isolated wide-gain step-up DC-DC converter is proposed.First,the topology of the proposed converter is intro⁃duced,and the steady-state analysis is conducted.Then,the characteristics of this converter are analyzed in detail,which are compared with those of other topologies.On this basis,the parameters of devices in the converter are de⁃signed.Finally,a prototype(200 V/400 W)was implemented,and results verified that the proposed converter was sim⁃ple in structure and can achieve a wider voltage gain.In addition,it was also verified that the way of two power switches being turned on and off at the same time made the converter easy to control,and the common ground structure adopted for input and output had satisfying operation stability.Therefore,the proposed converter is suitable for different battery powered supply devices.
