摘要
传统的变电站潜水泵智能集成控制系统在控制过程中稳定性差,很难在短时间内精准地检测出变电站潜水泵存在的故障。为了解决上述问题,提出基于单片机的变电站潜水泵智能集成控制系统。系统硬件由电源模块、采集模块、驱动模块、报警模块和显示模块五部分组成,在AT89C52控制芯片设置XTALI和XTAL2,同时控制步进电机驱动器,提高系统的控制能力。根据硬件设计结果设置集成控制主程序、温度采集程序、温度显示程序以及声光报警程序,当接收到主机命令后,各个程序同时工作。实验结果表明,基于单片机的变电站潜水泵智能集成控制系统能够在短时间内精准地确定出站潜水泵存在的故障,集成控制过程稳定性高,系统性能好。
The traditional intelligent integrated control system of submersible pump in substation has poor stability in the control process,so it is difficult to accurately detect the fault of submersible pump in Substation in a short time.In order to solve the above problems,the intelligent integrated control system of submersible pump in substation based on single chip microcomputer is proposed.The hardware of the system consists of five parts:power module,acquisition module,drive module,alarm module and display module.Xtali and xtal2 are set in AT89 C52 control chip,and step motor driver is controlled to improve the control ability of the system.According to the result of hardware design,the main program of integrated control,the program of temperature acquisition,the program of temperature display and the program of sound and light alarm are set.When receiving the command of the host computer,each program works at the same time.The experimental results show that the intelligent integrated control system of the submersible pump in the substation based on the single chip microcomputer can accurately determine the faults of the outgoing submersible pump in a short time,and the integrated control process has high stability and good system performance.
