有氧运动改善哮喘儿童运动能力和生活质量的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察3个月有氧运动对哮喘儿童肺功能、运动能力和生活质量的影响,探讨运动康复在哮喘管理中的作用。方法:40名哮喘儿童随机分为运动(E)组(n=20)和对照(C)组(n=20),E组进行3个月中等强度有氧运动,C组保持日常生活习惯不变。实验前后分别测定受试者的肺功能、运动能力和生活质量,实验过程中记录运动情况和不良反应,实验后调查家长满意度。结果:E组运动时的不良反应率为2.6%,家长满意度为95.0%。实验后,组内与实验前比较,E组6 min步行实验(6MWT)后的步行距离,生活质量问卷总评分与各分项评分增加(P<0.05),6MWT后HR、SBP、MAP和RPE降低(P<0.05),C组生活质量问卷中症状评分增加(P<0.05);组间比较,E组上述各指标与C组均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);肺功能参数在两组组内与组间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在适当管理和监控下,中等强度有氧运动具有良好的安全性和有效性,可改善哮喘儿童运动能力和生活质量。 Objective:The present study was to explore the effects of aerobic exercise lasting three months on lung function,exercise capacity and quality of life in asthmatic children and investigate the role of exercise rehabilitation in asthma management.Methods:Forty asthmatic children were randomly divided into exercise(E)group(n=20)and control(C)group(n=20).Subjects in E group performed low-to-moderate intensity aerobic exercise lasting 3 months while those of C group maintained their normal lifestyle.Lung function,exercise capacity and quality of life were determined before and after test;participation in physical activity and adverse reaction during exercise were recorded;parents'satisfaction was investigated after test.Results:Rate of adverse reaction during exercise and parents'satisfaction were 2.6% and 95.0% in subjects of E group.After test,compared with pre-test within group,distances after 6-min walk test(6MWT),total score and domain score of quality of life questionnaire were increased(P<0.05),HR,SBP,MAP and RPE after 6MWT were decreased(P<0.05)in E group while symptom score of quality of life questionnaire was heightened in C group(P<0.05);compared between groups,all indexes above existed statistically different between E and C group(P<0.05);lung function had not statistically significant either in E or C group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-to-moderate intensity aerobic exercise with safe and effective under proper management and supervision,could improve exercise capacity and quality of life in asthmatic children.
