摘要
目的探讨外周血沉默信息调节因子相关酶1(SIRT1)、血清髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疾病发展的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年7月在本院治疗的COPD患者182例(COPD组),其中COPD急性加重期患者78例、COPD稳定期患者104例,同时选取健康体检者100例作为对照组,检测外周血SIRT1、sTREM-1水平,测量COPD患者第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和FEV1占预计值比例(FEV1%)。结果COPD组外周血SIRT1为(0.78±0.22)ng/ml,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而sTREM-1为(94.40±32.21)pg/ml,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);COPD急性加重期患者外周血SIRT1明显低于COPD稳定期患者(P<0.05),而sTREM-1明显高于COPD稳定期患者(P<0.05)。COPD急性加重期患者FEV1和FEV1%分别为(41.02±9.88)L和(64.40±10.15)%,明显低于COPD稳定期患者(均P<0.05)。SIRT1与FEV1和FEV1%呈正相关(r=0.343和0.350,均P<0.05),sTREM-1与FEV1和FEV1%呈负相关(r=﹣0.401和﹣0.433,均P<0.05),SIRT1与sTREM-1呈负相关(r=﹣0.302,P<0.05)。结论COPD患者外周血SIRT1降低,而sTREM-1升高,可能在疾病进展中有一定作用,两者水平与患者肺功能有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the correlation between silencing information regulator related enzyme 1(SIRT1)and soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)levels in peripheral blood and the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 182 cases of COPD patients(COPD group)in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected,including 78 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and 104 cases of patients with stable period of COPD,and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of SIRT1 and sTREM-1 in peripheral blood were detected,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and the proportion of FEV1 to the predicted value(FEV1%)were measured in COPD patients.Results The level of SIRT1 of COPD group was(0.78±0.22)ng/ml,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the level of sTREM-1 of COPD group was(94.40±32.21)pg/ml,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the level of SIRT1 in the acute exacerbation stage of COPD was significantly lower than that in the stable period of COPD(P<0.05),while the level of sTREM-1 was significantly higher than that in the stable period of COPD(P<0.05).FEV1 and FEV1%in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were(41.02±9.88)L and(64.40±10.15)%,which were significantly lower than those in patients with stable COPD(all P<0.05).SIRT1 was positively correlated with FEV1 and FEV1%(r=0.343 and 0.350,all P<0.05),and sTREM-1 was negatively correlated with FEV1 and FEV1%(r=-0.401 and-0.433,all P<0.05),SIRT1 was negatively correlated with sTREM-1(r=-0.302,P<0.05).Conclusion In COPD patients,SIRT1 is decreased,and sTREM-1 is increased,may play a role in the progress of the disease,and the levels of the two are related to the pulmonary function of the patients.
