摘要
高校的心理育人工作是思想政治工作质量提升工程中的重要内容,是培育和建构高校和谐心理氛围的重大课题。文章通过比较中加高校心理育人体系的机构设置及服务内容,从学生发展的微观、中间、外层、宏观四个层级梳理加拿大高校心理育人体系对我国的启示,并尝试汲取和整合加拿大高校的经验和我国的本土实践,积极探索适合我国高校心理育人格局的建构路径。
The psychological education in colleges is an important part of the program improving the quality of ideological and political work,and is an important issue for cultivating and constructing harmonious psychological atmosphere in colleges.By comparing the institutional setup and service contents of the psychological education system between China and Canada,this paper combs the enlightenment of the psychological education system of colleges in Canada from the micro,meso,outer and macro levels of student development,and tries to absorb and integrate the experience of colleges in Canada and local practice in China,and explores the construction path suitable for the pattern of psychological education of colleges in China.
