摘要
为了明确节水抗旱稻田杂草发生情况以及除草剂对‘沪旱61’的安全性,采用随机取样计数和唐氏五级目测相结合的方法,调查了上海市节水抗旱稻田杂草种类、田间密度和危害等级,并采用盆栽法在网室内开展了除草剂对‘沪旱61’的安全性评价试验。杂草调查结果表明,节水抗旱稻田杂草种类多,数量大,并呈现出旱、湿生杂草混生的特点。试验期间共调查到杂草9科21种,其中马唐、香附子、狗尾草、牛筋草、小藜、凹头苋等水稻田少有发生的旱生杂草在节水抗旱稻田危害严重。除草剂安全性评价试验结果表明,330 g/L二甲戊灵EC、90%禾草丹EC及其与10%苄嘧磺隆WP、10%吡嘧磺隆WP的复配剂可用于节水抗旱稻播后苗前封闭除草,10%噁唑酰草胺EC、50%二氯喹啉酸WP、75%氯吡嘧磺隆WG、75%二氯吡啶酸SG和480 g/L灭草松AS可用于节水抗旱稻苗后除草。
In order to determine the weed occurrence in water-saving and drought-resistance rice(WDR)fields and the safety of herbicides to‘Huhan 61’,weed survey and herbicides evaluation tests were conducted.The results showed that there were more species and quantities of weeds,and mixed occurrence of xerophytic weeds and aquatic weeds in WDR.A total of 21 species of weeds belonging to 9 families were recorded in WDR.The predominant weeds were xerophytic weeds,such as Digitaria sanguinalis(L.)Scop.,Cyperus rotundus L.,Setaria viridis(L.)Beauv.,Eleusine indica(L.)Gaertn.,Chenopodium ficifolium L.,and Amaranthus blitum.Pendimethalin 330 g/L EC,thiobencarb 90%EC and their combinations with bensulfuron-methyl 10%WP or pyrazosulfuron-ethyl 10%WP can be used as pre-emergence(PRE)herbicides,and metamifop 10%EC,quinclorac 50%WP,halosulfuron-methyl 75%WG,clopyralid 75%SG,and bentazone 480 g/L AS can be used as post-emergence herbicides to control weeds in WDR.
