外源褪黑激素对獭兔繁殖性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Exogenous Melatonin on Reproductive Performance of Rex Rabbits

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加褪黑激素对獭兔繁殖性能的影响。选用130日龄体况良好、体重相近的獭兔240只,随机分为4组,每组30只母兔、30只公兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组)分别饲喂含不同水平(10、25和40 mg/kg)褪黑激素的试验饲粮。饲养30 d后对母兔进行配种,至仔兔45日龄试验结束。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组睾丸重量显著增加(P<0.05),Ⅲ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组曲精小管直径显著增加(P<0.05),曲精小管面积极显著增加(P<0.01),曲精小管上皮厚度有增加趋势(P=0.069),且Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ组泌乳力显著低于对照组及Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。随着褪黑激素添加量的增加,试验兔断奶窝重有逐渐降低的趋势(P=0.099)。各组之间受胎率、产仔数、活仔数、初生窝重、成活率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加一定剂量的褪黑激素可以改善公兔繁殖性能,对母兔繁殖性能影响不大,但当饲粮中褪黑激素添加量过高时,獭兔繁殖性能降低。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary melatonin on reproductive performance of Rex rabbits.Two hundred and forty healthy Rex rabbits at the age of 130 days with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 female rabbits and 30 male rabbits in each group.Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups(groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10,25 and 40 mg/kg melatonin,respectively.After 30 days feeding,the female rabbits were mated,and the experiment lasted to baby rabbits at 45 days of age.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the testis weight of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between groupⅢand control group(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the seminiferous tubule diameter of groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05),the seminiferous tubule area of groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the spermatogenic tubule epithelial thickness had an increasing trend(P=0.069),and there were no significant differences among groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P>0.05).3)The lactation capability of groupⅢwas significantly lower than that of the control group and groupsⅠ,Ⅱ(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference among groupsⅠ,Ⅱand the control group(P>0.05).The weaning litter weight had a decreasing trend with the melatonin supplemental level increased(P=0.099).There were no significant differences in pregnancy rate,litter size,born alive number,birth litter weight and survival rate among all groups(P>0.05).These results suggest that dietary a certain supplemental level of melatonin can improve the reproductive performance of male rabbits,and have no effect on reproductive performance of female rabbits,but when the supplemental level of melatonin is too high,the reproductive performance of Rex rabbits is decreased.
