摘要
推进金融治理现代化是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。金融治理现代化的目标就是要推进金融供给侧结构性改革,建立具有高度适应性、竞争力、普惠性的现代金融体系。宁波建设高质量普惠金融改革试验区是落实党中央、国务院关于普惠金融决策部署的具体实践,是推进金融供给侧结构性改革的初步探索,也是推进金融治理现代化的有益尝试。未来三年,宁波将按照"四梁八柱"的整体框架建设高质量普惠金融改革试验区,以期为我国金融治理现代化提供实践经验。
Promoting the modernization of financial governance is an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.The goal of financial governance modernization is to promote structural reforms on the financial supply side and establish a modern financial system that is highly adaptable,competitive,and inclusive.The construction of a high-quality inclusive financial reform pilot zone in Ningbo is a concrete practice to implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s decision and deployment of inclusive finance.It is a preliminary exploration of advancing financial supply-side structural reforms and a useful attempt to modernize financial governance.In the next three years,Ningbo will build a high-quality inclusive financial reform pilot zone in accordance with the overall framework of"four beams and eight pillars",with a view to providing practical experience for the modernization of national financial governance.
