摘要
根据当前扩展不确定度评定中包含因子的确定存在的问题,给出了测量仪器(包括标准器)两种使用方式下对不确定度的考量,探讨如何根据输入量的分布确定输出量的分布,进而给出在包含概率约为95%时包含因子的确定方法,达到一般应用时测量不确定度的简化评定与表示,这种确定方法既适合于校准也适合于检测。
According to the problems in the determination of coverage factors in the evaluation of the expanded uncertainty,this paper presents the consideration of uncertainty in two ways of using measuring instruments(including standard instrument)and discusses how to determine the distribution of output according to the distribution of input,and then gives the determination method of the coverage factor when the coverage probability is about 95%.The determination method is a simplified evaluation and representation of the measurement uncertainty when it reaches the general application,which is suitable for both calibration and testing.
