摘要
依据一种多路步进控制系统的设计思路,选用STM32F429IG作为主控芯片,通过TB6600HG控制器芯片实现步进电机启停,正反转和速度控制;基于uC/OS-Ⅲ嵌入式系统,创建系统任务,通过任务间的队列通信,实现步进电机的单路或多路控制。控制七路57系列的步进电机,经过各类测试验证,性能稳定。
According to the design idea of a multi-way stepping control system,STM32F429IG was selected as the main control chip,and the TB6600HG controller chip was used to realize the start and stop,positive and negative rotation and speed control of the stepping motor. Based on uC/OS-Ⅲ embedded system, create system tasks and realize single or multiple control of stepping motor through queue communication between tasks. Control 7-way 57 series stepper motor, after all kinds of testing and verification, stable performance.
