摘要
目的探讨超声检测技术在鼻骨骨折复位术中的应用效果。方法 2019年4—12月,对昭和大学藤丘病院就诊的18例鼻骨骨折患者采用软质水囊为媒介的超声检测技术在鼻骨骨折复位术前及术中对鼻骨进行检测,判断鼻骨的移位情况及复位效果。结果超声检测在鼻骨骨折复位术前可以清晰地判断骨折移位情况,在鼻骨骨折复位术中可以动态评估骨折复位情况,有效地指导复位手术。结论超声检测对于鼻骨骨折的位置判断准确,可以在术中即刻对骨折复位效果进行评估,迅速有效地指导骨折复位。水囊媒介法超声检测技术在评估鼻骨骨折及骨折复位情况中简便易行,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application efficacy of ultrasound detection technology in the reduction of nasal bone fractures. Methods From April to December 2019, soft water sac based on ultrasound detection technology was performed in 18 patients suffering from nasal bone fractures in Showa University Fujigaoka Hospital. The displacement and reduction of nasal bone before and during the operation was detected. Results The displacement of fracture before the reduction of nasal bone fractures could be clearly located by ultrasound detection. The reduction of nasal bone fractures during the operation could be dynamically assessed. Therefore, this method was an effective guide in the reduction operation. Conclusion Ultrasound detection is accurate to determine the position of nasal bone fractures. The efficacy of reduction of fractures could be evaluated immediately during the operation. The reduction of fractures could be quickly and effectively guided. The water sac based on ultrasound detection technology is simple and easy to implement in evaluating the displacement and the reduction of nasal bone fractures. It should be considered for clinical popularization.
