摘要
目的探讨研究针灸联合补骨丸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(Postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)的临床疗效。方法将132例在本院骨伤康复科治疗的PMOP患者按随机数字表法分为2组,各66例;治疗组患者接受针灸联合补骨丸口服治疗,而对照组患者接受补骨丸口服治疗,2组均连续治疗6个月;分别记录比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、骨密度和临床疗效。结果2组患者的腰背冷痛、酸软、乏力、下肢疼痛和活动受限等中医证候积分均显著降低,且治疗组患者改善优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者腰椎L1-4段、全髋关节骨、左侧股骨颈骨密度值均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),且治疗组患者各部位骨密度改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合补骨丸治疗PMOP具有较好的临床疗效,可有效缓解患者腰背冷痛、酸软、乏力、下肢疼痛和活动受限等中医症状,还可提高腰椎L1-4段、全髋关节骨、左侧股骨颈等部位骨密度值,并具有一定的临床推广价值。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Bugu Pills on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods:132 PMOP patients who were treated in the Orthopedics Rehabilitation Department of our hospital were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,66 cases per group.The treatment group received acupuncture combined with Bugu Pills and the control group received oral administration of Bugu Pills,and both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The scores of TCM syndromes,bone mineral density and clinical effect of the two groups were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes such as cold and painful lumbago and back,soreness,fatigue,lower extremity pain and activity limitation of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the treatment group improved better than the control group(P<0.05).The lumbar spine L1 of the two groups-4 segment,total hip joint bone and bone mineral density values of left femoral neck of the two groups were significantly increased than those of the prior treatment(P<0.05),and the bone mineral density of each part of the treatment group improved better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Bugu Pills has a good clinical effect in the treatment of PMOP and can effectively relieve the symptoms of cold and painful lumbago and back,soreness,fatigue,lower extremity pain and activity limitation in patients,and can also improve the bone mineral density value of lumbar spine L1-4 and total hip joint and left femoral neck,worthy of clinical application.
