摘要
借鉴契合度中的相关系数与差距指标法相关理论,对肇庆学院社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养与社会需求的契合情况进行研究.结论显示:在知识维度层面社会期望与教师期望、社会期望与学生期望成契合较好;在能力维度层面社会期望与教师期望、社会与学生期望的契合较差;在素质维度层面社会期望与教师期望契合的较差,而与学生期望契合的较好.教师与社会期望争论的焦点在于是立足于专业知识发展需要还是应用发展需要.
By referring the correlation coefficient and gap index method in fit theory,this paper tried to study the fit between social sports guidance and management major and social needs in Zhaoqing University.The results showed that the social expectation and the teacher expectation,the social expectation and the student expectation fit well in the knowledge dimension.In the ability dimension,the social expectation was different from the teacher's expectation and so was the student's expectation.In the quality dimension,the social expectation is not in line with the teacher's expectation,but it is in line with the student's expectation.The focus of the debate between teachers and social expectations is whether to base on the development needs of professional knowledge or the development needs of social application.
