二球悬铃木不同器官对几种作物及杂草幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Ground Tissue of Different Organs of Platanus orientalis on Growth of Some Crops and Weeds Seedlings

摘要 为了明确二球悬铃木不同器官间植物化感活性的差异,以生菜、黄瓜、小麦、反枝苋、苘麻、稗等为受体植物,采用琼脂混粉法测定二球悬铃木6个器官8种材料对受体植物幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,二球悬铃木的根、枝条、叶、叶柄、花托(老果和新果)、小坚果(老果和新果)在10 g/L处理浓度下对6种受体植物幼苗胚根(或种子根)的生长均具有显著抑制活性;而对胚轴(或胚芽鞘)生长的抑制作用明显低于对胚根(或种子根)的抑制作用,且老果花托和枝条对反枝苋以及老果花托、枝条、老果小坚果对稗表现为不同程度的刺激生长活性。综合8种供试材料对6种受体植物幼苗生长的抑制率,发现根、新果小坚果、新果花托、叶和叶柄的抑制活性相对较高,而枝条、老果花托和老果小坚果的抑制活性相对较低。 The allelopathic activity of six organs(eight materials)of Platanus orientalis on the growth of lettuce(Lactuca sativa),cucumber(Cucumis sativus),wheat(Triticum aestivum),Amaranthus retroflexus,Abutilon theophrasti,and Echinochloa crus-galli seedlings was determined using ground plant tissue(powder)mixed with agar(PPA).The roots,branches,leaves,petioles,new and old fruit receptacles and new and old fruit nutlets of P.orientalis significantly inhibited the radicle(or seminal root)growth of six receptor seedlings at a concentration of 10 g/L.However,the growth inhibition of the hypocotyl(or coleoptile)was significantly lower than that of the radicle(or seminal root).In addition,differential stimulating activities weer found for the old fruit receptacles and branches on A.retroflexus seedlings and the old fruit receptacles,branches and old fruit nutlets on E.crus-galli seedlings.Based on the inhibition rates of the eight test materials on seedling growth of six receptor plants,nutlets and receptacles of new fruit,roots,leaves and petioles were comparatively highly inhibitory,while the inhibitory activity of nutlets and receptacles of old fruit and branches was relatively low.
