摘要
目的探讨活检穿刺与免疫组化两种技术对肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析该院2018年4月-2019年7月期间收治的肿瘤患者临床资料,方便抽取前列腺肿瘤患者81例,分析其活检穿刺诊断结果与ki67、nm23在前列腺肿瘤中的免疫组化表达。结果该研究对81例前列腺肿瘤患者进行活检穿刺,结果显示,前列腺癌26例,占32.10%;高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变32例,占39.50%;良性前列腺肥大23例,占28.40%;经Gleason评分系统评估结果表明,前列腺癌中高分化癌9例,中分化癌12例,低分化癌5例;ki67在良性前列腺肥大中阳性率为30.43%,高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变中为65.63%,前列腺癌的癌肿组织分化程度越低,ki67阳性率越高,最高为低分化前列腺癌(100.00%);nm23在高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变中阳性率为84.38%,前列腺癌的癌肿组织分化程度越高,nm23阳性率越高,最高为高分化前列腺癌(77.78%)。结论活检穿刺能够有效的鉴别良、恶性前列腺肿瘤,ki67在低分化前列腺癌中的表达水平较高,nm23在高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变中的表达水平较高。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of biopsy and immunohistochemistry for tumors.Methods The clinical data of tumor patients admitted in the hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.81 patients with prostate tumors were convenienty selected to analyze the biopsy diagnosis results and the immunohistochemical expression of ki67 and nm23 in prostate tumors.Results In this study,81 patients with prostate tumors were biopsied.The results showed that 26 cases of prostate cancer accounted for 32.10%;32 cases of high-grade prostate intraepithelial neoplasia accounted for 39.50%;23 cases of benign prostatic hypertrophy accounted for 28.40%;Gleason scoring system evaluation results showed that there were 9 cases of moderately differentiated carcinoma,12 cases of moderately differentiated carcinoma,and 5 cases of poorly differentiated carcinoma;the positive rate of ki67 in benign prostatic hyperplasia was 30.43%,and that of high-grade prostate intraepithelial neoplasia was 65.63%,the lower the degree of differentiation of prostate cancer tissues,the higher the ki67 positive rate,the highest was poorly differentiated prostate cancer(100.00%);the positive rate of nm23 in high-grade prostate intraepithelial neoplasia was 84.38%,the higher the degree of tissue differentiation,the higher the nm23 positive rate,and the highest was highly differentiated prostate cancer(77.78%).Conclusion Biopsy can effectively identify benign and malignant prostate tumors.The expression level of ki67 is higher in poorly differentiated prostate cancer,and the expression level of nm23 is higher in high-grade prostate intraepithelial neoplasia.
