摘要
目的分析珍龙膏联合大艾灸治疗卒中后3期压力性损伤的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月广东省深圳市宝安中医院康复科、脑病科收治的符合入选标准的卒中合并压力性损伤病例90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组。对照组患者给予常规综合护理模式,试验组患者在对照组的基础上实施艾灸、外敷珍龙膏同时干预,比较2组患者的压力性损伤愈合计分表(PUSH)评分,比较2组患者免疫力、组织恢复能力。结果进行14 d干预后,试验组患者各项PUSH评分和总分均显著低于干预前,且显著低于对照组;干预后,试验组患者血液内免疫因子、炎性因子和血管生成相关因子含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论珍龙膏联合大艾灸治疗卒中后3期压力性损伤的疗效显著,值得临床推广和参考。
Objective To analyze and explore the therapeutic effect of Zhenlong paste combined with great moxibustion in the treatment of three-stage pressure injury after stroke.Methods A total of 90 stroke patients with pressure injury admitted to the rehabilitation and encephalopathy Departments of Baoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenzhen from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Patients in the experimettal group were given the conventional comprehensive nursing mode,and the intervention of moxibustion and external application of Zhenlong paste in the experimental group was analyzed on the basis of the control group.The PUSH score of patients in the two groups was compared,and the immunity and tissue recovery ability of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days of the treatment,PUSH scores and total scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before intervention,and significantly lower than those in the control group.After intervention,blood levels of immune factors(IgA,IgG),inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6)and angiogenesis related factors(VEGF)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenlong paste combined with great moxibustion has a remarkable effect on the treatment of pressure injury in the third stage after stroke,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
