摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者护理健康教育模式的应用及价值。方法将该院2016年1月—2018年11月收治的80例糖尿病患者,随机分组,常规护理组治疗过程给予患者的干预和护理,护理健康教育模式组基础护理同时强化对患者的护理健康教育实施。比较两组护理技术满意评价;患者对自我疾病的了解程度、口服降糖药物的依从行为;护理前后生活治疗DQOL分值、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖;低血糖现象出现率。结果护理健康教育模式组护理技术满意评价、生活治疗DQOL分值、空腹测试血糖、餐后2 h测试血糖、患者对自我疾病的了解程度、口服降糖药物的依从行为、低血糖现象出现率对比常规护理组有优势(P<0.05)。护理健康教育模式组低血糖现象出现率有1例,而常规护理组低血糖现象出现率有8例。结论糖尿病患者实施护理健康教育模式可进一步提高患者对疾病的了解,促使患者更为规范用药,并有利于控制血糖和改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the application and value of nursing education model for diabetes patients.Methods Eighty diabetic patients Janaury 2016 to November 2019 accepted in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group was given intervention and care for patients during the course of treatment,and the basic health care of the nursing health education model group was also strengthened.Comparison of satisfaction evaluation of nursing technology between the two groups;patients'understanding of self-disease,compliance behavior of oral hypoglycemic drugs;DQOL score of life treatment before and after nursing,fasting blood glucose test,blood glucose test 2 h after meal;incidence of hypoglycemia.Results Nursing health education model group nursing technology satisfaction evaluation,life treatment DQOL score,fasting blood glucose test,blood glucose test at 2 h after meal,patient's understanding of self-disease,compliance behavior of oral hypoglycemic drugs,incidence of hypoglycemia compared with routine nursing group with an advantage(P<0.05).There was 1 case of hypoglycemia in the nursing health education model group,and 8 cases of hypoglycemia in the conventional nursing group.Conclusion The implementation of nursing health education model for diabetic patients can further improve the patients'understanding of the disease,encourage patients to use drugs more standardizedly,and help control blood glucose and improve the quality of life.
