摘要
四川盆地碳酸岩气储层厚度大,非均质性强,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类储层分布范围广,不同类型储层酸化改造动用状况差异大。近年来不断尝试探索新工艺新技术优化碳酸岩气井酸化压裂改造措施,以实现各类储层均匀布酸,提高单井产量。转向酸+可溶暂堵球作为一种新型的酸压技术开始应用于碳酸岩气酸化改造,通过优化酸液用量和暂堵球投球次数及投球量,实现在不同类储层上均匀布酸。传统的生产测井只能识别储层机械分段的改造效果,不具备评价暂堵分段改造效果的能力,一种新型安全、环保的化学示踪剂产剖测试技术很好的解决了这一难题。伴随每一段酸液分别注入一种特定的气溶性和水溶性化学示踪剂,对该段酸液动用储层的产出气和返排液进行标记,根据示踪剂在返排测试阶段的产水产气情况,评价暂堵球的分级转向效果和各类储层的动用状况,以进一步指导施工方案优化,提高措施效果和经济效益。
The carbonate gas reservoirs in Sichuan Basin have large thickness and strong heterogeneity.The distribution of typeⅠ,ⅡandⅢreservoirs is wide,and the acidizing stimulation results of different types of reservoirs are very different.In recent years,it has been tried to explore new process and new technology to optimize acidizing fracturing treatment of carbonate gas wells in order to realize uniform acid distribution of all intervals of the well and increase the production of the well.As a new type of acid fracturing technology,diverting acid plus soluble temporary blocking ball has been applied to acidizing of carbonate gas wells by optimizing the amount of acid liquid and the number of throwing and amount of temporary blocking ball.Traditionally,the production logging can only evaluate the stimulate effect for the mechanical segmentation,and does not have the ability to evaluate the effect of temporary plugging stage-segmentation treatment.A new type of production profile testing technology by safe and environmentally-friendly chemical tracer testing solves this problem very well.With the injection of a specific gas-soluble and water-soluble chemical tracer into each stage of acidizing,the production gas and flow-back liquid of the acid reservoir is marked.According to the production of liquid and gas by tracer test in the flow-back period,the stage diverting effect of temporary blocking ball and the production status of all intervals of the well are evaluated in order to further guide the optimization of treatment design and improve the effect of stimulations and economic benefits.
