振动排痰机辅助肺炎患儿排痰的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨振动排痰机辅助肺炎患儿排痰的应用效果,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:研究对象为本院2018年10月~2019年10月收治的74例肺炎患儿,基于在治疗中是否应用振动排痰机进行辅助治疗将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组患儿应用抗感染、解痉以及祛痰治疗,研究组患儿在对照组患儿治疗基础上应用振动排痰机辅助治疗,观察两组患儿治疗有效率以及肺部啰音消失时间。结果:研究组患儿中治疗显效、有效和无效患儿分别为20例、16例和1例,总治疗有效率为97.30%;对照组患儿中治疗显效、有效和无效患儿分别为16例、14例和7例,总治疗有效率为81.08%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患儿和对照组患儿的肺部啰音消失时间分别为(5.02±1.42)d和(6.94±1.58)d,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对肺炎患儿在治疗中应用振动排痰机有助于提高治疗有效率,缩短肺部啰音消失时间。 Objective:To explore the application effect of vibration expectorant machine in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods:74 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into control group and study group based on whether to use vibration expectoration machine for auxiliary treatment.Children in control group were treated with anti-infection,antispasmodic and expectorant treatment.Children in research group were treated with vibration expectoration machine on the basis of treatment in control group.The effective rate and the disappearance time of lung rales were observed.Results:In the study group,there were 20 cases of effective treatment,16 cases of effective treatment and 1 case of ineffective treatment,with a total effective rate of 97.30%;in the control group,there were 16 cases of effective treatment,14 cases of effective treatment and 7 cases of ineffective treatment,with a total effective rate of 81.08%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lung rales was(5.02±1.42)d in the study group and(6.94±1.58)d in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vibration expectoration machine in the treatment of pneumonia is helpful to improve the efficiency of treatment and shorten the disappearance time of lung rales.
