摘要
目的:探究高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用全身麻醉与椎管内麻醉对其术后恢复效果的影响。方法:选取2018年4月~2019年4月本院收治的68例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,并按照麻醉方法的不同将其分为两组,对比组采用全身麻醉,试验组实施椎管内麻醉,并比较两组患者各项指标以及并发症发生率。结果:对比组患者的手术时长与术中出血量都比试验组多(P<0.05);对比组患者的并发症比试验组患者高(P<0.05)。结论:与全身麻醉相比,椎管内麻醉可使高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后恢复时间明显缩短,减少并发症的出现。
Objective:To investigate the effects of general anesthesia and intravertebral anesthesia on postoperative recovery in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods:68 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods.The comparison group was given general anesthesia,and the test group was given spinal canal Internal anesthesia,and compare the indicators and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:The duration of operation and intraoperative hemorrhage were higher in the contrast group than in the test group(P<0.05);Complications were higher in the contrast group than in the test group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with general anesthesia,intravertebral anesthesia can shorten the recovery time and reduce complications in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.
