摘要
目的:探究分析老年性瓣膜退行性病变的超声诊断效果。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年3月本院收治的疑似老年性瓣膜退行性病变患者50例,作为观察组,选择同期来本院进行体检的老年患者50例,作为对照组,对上述两组患者均采用超声诊断检查。对比两组超声诊断检查效果。结果:观察组患者中老年性瓣膜退行性病变诊断检出率为98.00%,主要包括:二尖瓣环钙化、主动脉瓣膜狭窄、二尖瓣狭窄、主动脉瓣关闭不全。与对照组相比,观察组患者的心脏瓣膜瓣环各项参数、瓣膜瓣叶各项参数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年性瓣膜退行性病变患者临床中采用超声诊断检查,对患者病情的诊断检出率高,且能够清晰诊断检查患者的疾病类型,对患者临床治疗提供有效的参考价值,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore and analyze the ultrasonic diagnosis effect of senile valve degeneration.Methods:50 patients with suspected senile valve degeneration admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group,50 elderly patients who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group,and ultrasound diagnosis was used for both groups of patients.The results of ultrasound diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate of senile valve degeneration in the observation group was 98.00%,mainly including mitral annulus calcification,aortic valve stenosis,mitral stenosis and aortic insufficiency.Compared with the control group,the parameters of cardiac valve ring and valve leaf in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of senile valvular degeneration,ultrasonic diagnosis has a high detection rate for the patient’s condition,and can clearly diagnose and examine the disease type of the patient,which provides effective reference value for the clinical treatment of the patient,and has a high clinical application value.
