摘要
目的:测试呼吸机各项参数性能,加强医用呼吸机的维护。方法:采用福禄克VT-PLUS对各品牌呼吸机的潮气量、强制通气频率与呼吸比、吸入氧浓度、吸气压力水平、呼气末正压、各种报警限等项目进行检测。结合在测试过程中发现的各种问题,总结问题产生的原因并提出处理方法。结果:通过呼吸机各参数的测试,本院呼吸机的呼吸频率、吸气压力水平、呼气末正压、电气安全的定量检测的合格率都为100%,但是呼吸机的氧浓度合格率仅45%,潮气量的合格率也只有75%,其他测试项目外观检测、电源检测等的合格率也只有65%。结论:通过呼吸机各参数的测试,对呼吸机的预防性维护提出了具体方法,一定程度上提高了医疗质量和减少了医疗风险。
Objective:Testing the performance of various parameters of ventilator and strengthening the maintenance of medical ventilator.Methods:The tidal volume,forced ventilation frequency and respiratory ratio,inhaled oxygen concentration,inspiratory pressure level,positive end-expiratory pressure and various alarm limits of various brands of ventilators were tested by Fluke VT-PLUS.Combining with the problems found in the testing process,the causes of the problems are summarized and the treatment methods are put forward.Results:Through the testing of various parameters of ventilator,the qualified rate of quantitative detection of respiratory frequency,inspiratory pressure level,positive end-expiratory pressure and electrical safety of ventilator in our hospital is 100%,but the qualified rate of oxygen concentration of ventilator is only 45%,the qualified rate of tidal volume is only 75%,and the qualified rate of appearance detection and power supply detection of other test items is only 65%.Conclusion:Through testing the parameters of the ventilator,specific methods for preventive maintenance of the ventilator are put forward,which improves the medical quality and reduces the medical risks to a certain extent.
