摘要 目的:研究多种不同的清洗方法在妇产科手术器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年11月~2019年10月本院妇产科手术室的手术器械600件,将其随机分成三组,A组手术器械采用多酶清洗剂浸泡+手工清洗,B组采用多酶清洗剂浸泡+全自动清洗机洗,C组采用多酶清洗剂浸泡+超声机+全自动清洗机洗,收集三组的清洗合格率等。结果:目测法的清洗合格率:A组为76.0%,B组为84.5%,C组为96.5%,三组之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.001;隐血试验的清洗合格率:A组为71.5%,B组为81.5%,C组为95.5%,三组之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.001。结论:妇产科手术器械清洗中将多酶清洗剂浸泡、超声机清洗和全自动清洗机清洗结合起来应用能提高清洗效果,提高清洗合格率。 Objective:To study the effect of various cleaning methods in the cleaning of obstetrics and gynecology instruments.Methods:600 pieces of surgical instruments from November 2018 to October 2019 in the obstetrics and gynecology operating room of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups:group A was soaked with multi enzyme cleaning agent+manual cleaning;group B was soaked with multi enzyme cleaning agent+automatic cleaning machine washing;group C was soaked with multi enzyme cleaning agent+ultrasonic machine+automatic cleaning machine washing,and the cleaning qualified rate of three groups was collected.Results:The qualified rate of visual cleaning was 76.0% in group A,84.5%in group B and 96.5% in group C.there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.001);The qualified rate of rinsing in the occult blood test was 71.5% in group A,81.5% in group B and 95.5% in group C.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant,P<0.001.Conclusion:The combination of multi-enzyme cleaning agent,ultrasonic machine cleaning and automatic cleaning can improve the cleaning effect and improve the qualified rate of cleaning.
