摘要
文章采用CFD数值模拟技术,对造粒塔布袋收尘装置5种布袋布置方式的内部流场进行研究分析,结果表明,当布袋底部与进口上端平齐时,各布袋表面速度相对均方根系数σ1、各布袋出口流速相对均方根系数σ2、系统阻力λ、各袋室流量偏差η均较小,气流分布较均匀。
In this paper,the internal flow field of 5 kinds of bag arrangement forms in bag-house dust collector of prilling tower was researched and analyzed by using the CFD numerical simulation technology.The results showed that when the bottom of bag was level with the upper end of the inlet,the relative root mean square coefficient of the surface velocity of each bag(σ1),the relative root mean square coefficient of the outlet velocity of each bag(σ2),the system resistance(λ),the flow deviation of each bag chamber(η)were small,and the air flow distribution was relatively uniform.
