摘要
目的:探讨冠向复位瓣结合结缔组织移植对牙龈退缩的治疗作用。方法:选择2014年1月~2016年12月80例牙龈退缩患者分为两组,冠向复位瓣技术组采取单纯的冠向复位瓣技术治疗,而冠向复位瓣结合结缔组织移植组采取冠向复位瓣结合结缔组织移植技术治疗,比较两组的成功率、平均探针的深度、角化龈平均的宽度。结果:两组修复成功率相同,P>0.05;冠向复位瓣结合结缔组织移植组平均探针的深度、角化龈平均的宽度和冠向复位瓣技术组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论:牙龈退缩患者实施U形结缔组织反折瓣可获得较好效果,可有效维持浅袋,促进临床附着水平提高并增加根面覆盖,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of coronary reduction flap combined with connective tissue transplantation on gingival recession.Methods:Eighty patients with gingival recession treated in a hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups.The coronary reduction flap group was treated with coronary reduction flap technique,while the other group was treated with coronary reduction flap combined with the connective tissue transplantation,then the success rate,the depth of the average probe,and the average width of the keratinized gingiva were compared between the two groups.Results:Both groups had the same success rate(P>0.05).The average depth of the probe and the average width of keratinized gingiva the crown-restoration flap technique in the coronary reduction flap combined with the connective tissue transplantation group were better than those in the coronary reduction flap group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with gingival recession can achieve better results by implementing U-shaped connective tissue fold flaps,which can effectively maintain shallow pockets,promote clinical adhesion level and increase root surface coverage,which is worthy of popularization and application.
