摘要
目的:对比不同方法炮制下熟地黄的补血效果。方法:将某院共86例贫血患者纳入研究,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组通过产地加工饮片炮制一体化熟地黄进行治疗,对照组通过传统酒制熟地黄进行治疗,对比两组补血效果。结果:治疗前,两组各项临床指标对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项临床指标和治疗前相比均有明显差异(P<0.05),且组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:产地加工饮片炮制一体化与传统酒制熟地黄治疗贫血均有良好的临床疗效,相比之下,产地加工饮片炮制一体化熟地黄补血效果更好,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To compare the effect of different methods on the tonifying blood of Rehmannia glutinosa.Methods:A total of 86 patients with anemia in a hospital were included in the study and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the integrated processing of Rehmannia glutinosa by the processing of the decoction pieces in the producing area,and the control group was treated with the traditional wine-made Rehmannia glutinosa.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical indexes of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences between groups were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the integration of processing and processing of the decoction pieces in the producing area and the traditional wine-made Rehmannia glutinosa treatment of anemia have good clinical efficacy.In contrast,the integration of processing and processing of the decoction pieces in the producing area is better,which is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
