摘要
目的:探究非常规拔牙在固定正畸患者治疗中的影响以及应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2014年8月~2018年3月于某院接受正畸治疗的患者。根据治疗方法的不同,将采取常规拔牙矫治的280例患者作为对照组,将采取非常规拔牙矫治的240例患者作为观察组,收集所有患者的病历资料,通过计算患者的常规和非常规性拔牙矫治率,分析两组患者的矫治有效率,并分析两组正畸患者的治疗时间和矫治满意度。结果:对照组的总有效率为88.21%,显效率为57.50%,有效率为30.71%,无效率为11.78%;观察组总有效率为98.33%,显效率为65.3%,有效率为32.50%,无效率为1.67%。对照组的矫治时间为(23.51±1.34)个月,观察组的矫治之间为(18.98±1.62)个月。对照组的满意度为72.14%,观察组的满意度为85.83%。以上两组数据间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非常规拔牙在固定正畸患者矫治过程中不仅效果确切,并且治疗过程相对较短,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective:To explore the influence and application effect of unconventional tooth extraction in the treatment of fixed orthodontic patients.Methods:Patients underwent orthodontic treatment in a hospital from August 2014 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different method of treatment,280 patients with conventional tooth extraction were treated as control group and 240 patients with unconventional tooth extraction were treated as observation group.By calculating the conventional and non-conventional tooth extraction correction rate of patients,the effective rate,the treatment time,and the treatment satisfaction of the two groups of orthodontic patients were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 88.21%,the obvious efficiency was 57.50%,the effective rate was 30.71%,and the invalid rate was 11.78%;The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,the obvious efficiency was 65.3%,the effective rate was 32.50%,and the invalid rate was 1.67%.The correction time in the control group was(23.51±1.34)months,and that in the observation group was(18.98±1.62)months.The satisfaction of the control group was 72.14%,and that of the observation group was 85.83%.The differences between the the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unconventional tooth extraction is not only effective in the treatment of fixed orthodontic patients,but also has relatively short treatment process,which has certain clinical value.
