摘要
本文以中国企业在中亚俄罗斯地区的油气项目合作中的标准化工作为样本,分析了标准在中亚俄罗斯地区合作的现状及存在的问题,通过标准合作的成功案例,总结了实际做法和经验,提出了标准国际化合作的建议,希望对推动标准国际化进程起到积极的促进作用。
This paper takes the standardization work of Chinese enterprises’oil and gas projects in Central Asia&Russia as samples,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the standards cooperation in Russia&Central Asia region,summarizes the actual practice and experience through the successful cases of standards cooperation,and puts forward suggestions for the international cooperation of standards,which is expected to play a positive role in promoting the internationalization process of standards.
