基于熵权灰色关联法的物流发展水平评价——以安徽省为例 被引量:2

摘要 物流业作为支撑经济发展的基础性、战略性产业,是提升实体经济竞争力的重要因素。从经济水平、信息化程度、产业结构、物流业贡献、物流业基础设施、物流业规模、物流业需求状况、物流配送能力、物流效率以及物流业人力资源状况等层面甄选评价指标,构建安徽省物流发展水平测评模型。选取2013—2018年指标统计数据,运用熵权法、灰色关联分析法判断各评价指标权重及其与物流发展水平间关联性程度。分析各评价指标对物流发展的影响,以期为安徽省建立现代物流服务体系,物流业规模化、集约化发展提供思路。 As a basic and strategic industry supporting economic development,logistics industry is an important factor to enhance the competitiveness of the real economy.The article constructs an evaluation model of logistics development level in Anhui province by selecting evaluation indicators from the following aspects:the economic level,the informatization degree,the industrial structure,the contribution of logistics industry,the infrastructure of the logistics industry,the scale of the logistics industry,the demand status of the logistics industry,the logistics distribution capabilities,the logistics efficiency,and the human resources status of the logistics industry,etc.The paper then selects the statistical data of indicators from 2013 to 2018,and gets the relation between the weight of each evaluation index and the level of logistics development by using the entropy weight method and gray relational analysis method.Finally,the paper analyzes the influence of each evaluation index on the logistics development in order to provide ideas for the establishment of modern logistics service system and the scale and intensive development of the logistics industry in Anhui Province.
