摘要
电力调度机器人能够在辅助传统人工调度的基础上充分发掘人工智能、语音交互等功能,优化传统调度模式。针对当前新技术下电力调度机器人进行了系统设计,并设计了功能评价指标。首先分析了电力调度机器人的功能特性和结构框架,重点分析了智能化操作处理及决策子系统、人机语音应答交互子系统和风险控制评估子系统的功能和应用场景。然后针对调度机器人的功能和操作设计了相应的评价指标,利用基于熵值法的模糊综合评价以实现调度机器人的设计评价。
Electric power dispatching robots can fully explore the functions of artificial intelligence and voice interaction on the basis of assisting traditional manual dispatching to optimize traditional dispatching modes.A system for power dispatching robots based on current new technologies,and the functional evaluation indicators are proposed.Firstly,the functional characteristics and structural framework of the power dispatching robot are analyzed,and the functions and application scenarios of the intelligent operation processing and decision-making subsystem,human-machine voice response interaction subsystem,and risk control assessment subsystem are analyzed.Then the corresponding evaluation index is designed for the function and operation of the dispatching robot,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the entropy method is used to realize the design evaluation of the dispatching robot.
