过水巷道动水快速截流大型模拟实验系统研制 被引量:4

摘要 煤矿突水灾害抢险救援期间,保浆袋囊钻孔控制注浆可以解决常规过水巷道动水截流工程量大、工期长且易发生次生灾害等技术难题。为了进一步研究过水巷道动水快速截流机理并为抢险救援提供实验技术支撑,建立了过水巷道动水截流的水力学模型,结合对保浆袋囊控制注浆动水快速截流成功案例的分析,设计了过水巷道动水快速截流概念模型,开发了过水巷道动水快速截流大型模拟实验系统。实验系统包括4个功能系统和6个设备系统,其中4个功能系统分别为保浆袋囊和浆液投注系统、动力供水供浆系统、初始条件和边界条件系统、监测系统,6个设备系统分别为大型巷道模拟实验舱、动水模拟系统、控制注浆系统、稳压稳流系统、安全分流系统、图像数据采集与处理系统。通过实验舱强度验算、稳压稳流系统监测实验和抛袋实验,结果表明实验系统能够形成恒定的动水压力和动水流量初始条件、动态变化的动水压差和流量衰减边界条件,满足动水快速截流堵水环境要求,可以用于5 m宽、4 m高、动水流量2000 m^3/h的过水巷道在不同矿井淹没水位、不同突水水源水位条件下的快速截流模拟实验,其中突水水源水位最高可达5 MPa。抛袋实验结果还表明保浆袋囊在未充满浆液的条件下提前脱落至巷道,单个保浆袋囊虽然未发生移动且能大幅减小巷道过水断面面积,但难以减小巷道突水水量,必须通过后期袋外补充注浆进一步封堵,才能实现动水快速截流成功,有待进一步深入研究。 During the emergency rescue period of water inrush disaster in coal mine,the textile capsule borehole-controlled grouting can solve some common problems,such as large quantities of work amount,long work project delay and secondary disaster during dynamic water sealing in flowing water roadway.In order to further study the mechanism of dynamic water rapid sealing in flowing water roadway and provide a kind of experimental technology for emergency rescue,based on the established hydraulic model and the successful case analysis on the dynamic water rapid sealing in flowing water roadway,this paper has developed a conceptual model and a large-scale simulation experiment system for dynamic water rapid sealing in flowing water roadway.The experiment system consists of four functional systems and six equipment systems.The four functional system are the betting system of textile capsule and slurry,the dynamic system of water supply and slurry supply,the system of initial condition and boundary condition,and the monitoring system.The six equipment systems are the large-scale roadway simulation experiment cabin,the dynamic water simulation system,the controlled grouting system,the steady pressure and flow system,the safety shunt system,and the image data acquisition and processing system.Through the strength checking calculation of the experiment cabin,a group of monitoring experiments of the steady pressure and flow system and a group of textile capsule throwing experiments,the results show that the experiment system can form the initial condition of constant dynamic water pressure and flow and the boundary condition of dynamically changing dynamic water pressure difference and flow attenuation,which meets the requirements of water blocking environment of dynamic water rapid sealing.It can be used in the simulation experiment of rapid sealing of a roadway with 5 m wide,4 m high and 2000 m^3/h flowing water under the condition of different mine submerged water level and different water source level of water inrush,and the maximum water source level of water inrush can reach 5 MPa.The results of textile capsule throwing experiments also show that the textile capsule falls off to the roadway in advance under the condition of not full of slurry.Although a single textile capsule does not move and can greatly reduce the cross-section area of the roadway,it is difficult to reduce the water inrush volume of the roadway.It must be further blocked by the supplementary grouting outside the textile capsule in the later stage to achieve the success of dynamic water rapid sealing,which needs a further study.
