摘要
目的了解护士对“互联网+护理服务”上门服务方式意愿及需求,旨在为更好开展“互联网+护理服务”上门服务提供参考。方法采用自行设计护士对“互联网+护理服务”上门服务方式意愿和需求问卷对1176名护士进行调查。结果在服务方式意愿方面,①女性及年龄、工作年限、职称越低的护士选择“两人上门服务”的方式较高(P<0.0083或P<0.0167);②男性护士选择“业余时间”提供上门服务高于女性护士(P<0.05);③职称为护士、年龄≤30岁、工作年限≤5年的护士对服务报酬的意愿低于其他职称、年龄段和工作年限的护士(均P<0.0167)。在服务需求方面,①女性护士在配备一键报警装置、服务过程录音方面需求较男性护士高(P<0.05);②职称越高的护士在选择服务过程录音的需求方面越低(P<0.0083);③年龄越大护士在选择配备一键报警装置、PDA记录出行轨迹、服务过程录音、人脸识别及二维码确认需求方面越低(P<0.0167);④年资越高的护士在选择配备一键报警装置、服务过程录音、人脸识别及二维码确认需求方面越低(P<0.0167);⑤学历越高护士在选择配备一键报警装置、人脸识别及二维码确认需求方面越高(P<0.0167)。结论护士对“互联网+护理服务”上门服务方式的意愿和需求存在差异,年龄、工作年限、职称越低的护士选择“两人上门服务”的方式较高和服务报酬的意愿较低;女性、年龄较小、年资较低和学历较高的护士,其对安全需求较高。“互联网+护理服务”试点医院在开展上门服务工作中,应首先考虑“两人上门服务”的方式,服务报酬应根据不同职称和工作年限制订,注重低年资和高学历护士的安全需求,以保证“互联网+护理服务”稳步有序开展。
Objective To investigate nurses'willingness and demand for"internet+nursing service"mode.Methods A total of 1,176 nurses were engaged in the investigation by a self-designed questionnaire on the willingness and demand of internet nursing service.Results In terms of the willingness of service modes,the female nurses and those with younger age,less working years and lower professional titles tended to"door-to-door pair service"(P<0.0083 or 0.0167);More male nurses than female choose the mode"part-time service"(P<0.05);Those aged less than 30 year,with lower professional title,and working experience of less than 5 years had a significantly lower willingness of payment(P<0.0167).In service requirements,the female nurses had higher demand than males for one-click alarm device and recording of service process(P<0.05);Those with higher professional titles had lower demand for recording during nursing service(P<0.0083);The elder the nurses,the lower their demand for one-click alarm device,PDA recording of travel track,recording of service process,face recognition and QR code confirmation(P<0.0167);The older the nurses,the lower demand for one-click alarm devices,process recording,face recognition and QR code confirmation(P<0.0167).The higher education the nurses had,the higher their demand were for one-click alarm device,face recognition and QR code confirmation requirements(P<0.0167).Conclusions The willingness and demand for"Internet+nursing service"are different among the nurses across age,working years,and professional titles.Those with younger ages,fewer working years and lower professional titles had higher demand for"pair-work service mode"and lower demand for payment.Those female,younger,with less working years and higher education have higher demand for safety.Therefore,pilot hospitals should first consider the way of"door-to-door pair service"in carrying out the door-to-door service,and formulate the service payment according to different titles and working years,and pay attention to the safety needs of junior and highly educated nurses,so as to ensure the steady development of"Internet+nursing service".
