胶管缠绕机控制系统研究

摘要 胶管缠绕机多为工频启动,启动时不仅造成电网波动,还会对电机寿命造成损害,变频调速旨在实现缠绕机高效节能,提高生产效率。同时车间缠绕机设备多,不易管理,通过设计以上位机、PLC、变频器和电机组成的变频调速系统,改变缠绕机单一运行方式,由上位机发出指令,PLC处理再以电信号的形式输出给变频器,最后驱动电机运转,实现多段速运行,达到上位机统一管理的目的。实现软启动,延长电机寿命,较工频运行更为科学。 The hose winding machine is usually started at the power frequency.When starting,it not only causes the power grid to fluctuate,but also reduces the life of the motor.The frequency control aims to achieve high efficiency and energy saving of the winding machine,and to improve production efficiency.Meanwhile,there are many winding machines in the workshop,which is difficult to manage.By designing a frequency control system consisting of host computer,PLC,frequency converter and motor,we have changed the single operation mode of the winding machine.Now the command is issued by the host computer,and the PLC transfers the electric signal to the converter,and finally drives the motor to realize multi-speed operation,thus realizing unified management by the host computer.The application of the frequency control system can save 40%power consumption,realize soft start,extend the life of the motor,and is more scientific than the power frequency operation.
