摘要乳腺癌目前是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,并且呈逐年上升趋势[1-2]。术前新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy,NAC)较多应用于早期和局部晚期乳腺癌[3]。虽然乳腺癌NAC患者中合并乙肝病毒(HBV)携带的患者并不罕见,但术前化疗致肝衰竭的临床报道较少。笔者收治1例乳腺癌合并乙肝小三阳术前化疗出现肝功能衰竭的病例,报道如下。
